Captain Benjamin Wood
Position: 737 Captain / JAA CPL Examiner
Licences: JAA ATPL / FAA ATPL/ JAA FI / JAA Examiner
Experience: 18 years in the industry

Captain Wood was trained by our Head of Training in 1995. He went on to co-found European Flight Training in January of 2000.He recently joined British Airways after being a Captain at Miami Air Int for the last 5 years. Ben is also a CAA CPL Examiner.
Captain Phil Smith
Position: Netjets Citation Captain
Licences: ATP
Experience: 8 years in the industry

Phil completed his training at EFT in 2002 and stayed on to become EFT’s operations manager. He left EFT to fly the EMB 145 with Express Jet then moved on to Netjets and flew the CE560XL for 2 1/2 years and has been flying the CE680 Sovereign for 3 years as a Captain.
Captain Mark Collins

Experience: 8 years in the industry

Mark was previously an Airline Pilot Programme student at EFT. He then stayed to instruct. He is currently based in Denver flying the EMB 145.
Captain Rene Madson
Position: Learjet 45 First Officer

Rene is from Denmark and completed the Airline Pilot Programme with EFT in 2004 and then stayed to instruct for 2 years.
Captain Thomas Jensen
Position: 737-800/900 First Officer
Licences: ATP
Experience: 8 years in the industry

Thomas joined EFT in 2004 after completing his JAA licences and ratings. Thomas began commercial flying after time in the Danish Air Force. He currently flies for a 737NG operator and instructs at EFT part time. His experience in the commercial aviation world and more than 4000 hours means that he can ensure the same skills and disciplines are taught to EFT students.
Captain Mounee Thomson
Position: 737-800/900 Captain
Licences: ATP
Experience: 8 years in the industry

Mounee completed his commercial training at EFT and then stayed to instruct for 2 years at EFT. He is now a Ryanair Captain based of Portugal.
