Training facilities

Up-to-date, appropriate facilities complement EFT’s fleet and instructors to create the perfect training environment for our customers.

We have designed the training environment with two factors in mind: Firstly, to provide you with the most supportive surroundings in which to conduct your training effectively, but also – especially for pilots obtaining professional licences – to provide facilities and tools which closely resemble the flight planning facilities available at airlines and corporate flight departments. This smooths the transition from training operations to commercial operations and exposes pilots who work with us to a professional aviation environment from the moment they join EFT. Our comfortable, air-conditioned facilities include the following amenities:

One-on-one and group teaching classrooms
Pre / postflight briefing rooms
PC-based CBT flight training
PC-based instrument procedure traininers
Satellite-based weather briefing system (wsi PilotBrief)
Computer-based Metoffice/AvBrief/DUATS preflight briefing systems
Crew Internet access (wireless networking available for free)
Two restaurants within short walking distance
Large crew lounge
Aircraft dispatch area
In-house maintenance hangar and maintenance crews
Students stay in our Student housing exclusively.

Maintenance Facilities

All aircraft are maintained under 100 inspections at our own maintenance facility, in accordance with current FARs; and ADs
