Instructors
are the foundation of your success.

Fly with the most highly qualified. On any commercial flight deck, safety and efficiency of operations are of paramount importance. How well this aim is achieved depends upon the professionalism, skill and attitude of both crew members. But these values are not frequently found in the average pilot applying for a flight crew position with an airline. Developing the correct attitudes in and out of the cockpit is crucial to success not only when applying for a flight crew job, but also throughout your career as a pilot. The most decisive factor in whether student pilots acquire such qualities
is their teacher and his training regime.
EFT’s instructors are an example of professionalism, safety attitude, and efficiency. Since its conception, EFT has recruited external instructors only when they met standards significantly higher than is the norm in the flight training industry – in terms of experience accrued, types flown, and personal standards. Our flight team consists of present and retired airline staff, and is backed by an actively instructing management team with tens of thousands of hours of flight experience, as well top-level airline and flight school management experience. All of EFT’s instructors are European JAA qualified to provide JAA flight training. Not FAA standardized like most FTO’s based in Florida.

The EFT Instructor Team.
