Key Post Holder & Management Position
Chief Flight Instructor
Main Campus, Ft Pierce- Florida
Are you sufficiently experienced or currently approved to hold the position of Chief Flight Instructor for an EASA or UK ATO?
The role: Reporting to the Head of Training, the position will involve the management, training, development and responsibility for a team of EASA qualified instructors.
Key duties will include, but not be limited to:
Teach a range of EASA approved courses;
Monitor and manage student progress;
Motivate instructors and students so they can achieve personal high standards by setting and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times;
Ongoing Training and Standarisation of instructors.
Successful Applicants will have:
Ability to multi task and work under pressure;
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact well with subordinates and trainees;
Ability to work as part of a team;
International outlook with the ability to deal comfortably with various cultures;
Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Strong organisational and customer service skills;
Ability to deal with people in a polite and friendly manner;
Hours of work: In accordance with Part-FCL flight duty and flight time limitations

Note: Working Visas are available in 5 year increments with the option of further sponsorship to Permanent Residency (Green Card) if desired.
Compensation:
Will be in line with market conditions and commensurate to an individual’s qualifications, licence limitations and experience, but in all cases, will comprise of a basic salary based on experience, flight pay, longevity pay and performance bonuses based on an individual’s personal and the company’s performance.
